We require a credit card upon signup, but you are not charged until you schedule an appointment, and the caregiver is not paid until the appointment has been successfully fulfilled.

Add one or more care recipients and answer a few questions about their health and personal preferences. This helps match you with caregivers as well as lets them know what kind of care they’ll need to provide.

Create your first appointment by following the prompts. Select exactly what elderly care services your loved one needs and choose your desired date(s) and time(s) for your needed appointments.

See a list of available local caregivers who match your requirements. Browse their profiles, read bios, see credentials and read past customer reviews. Choose a caregiver.

Book and pay for your appointment using the credit card used during signup or add a new one. You’ll receive a notification when your caregiver confirms the appointment.
