MF Homecare is an integrated platform for hiring caregivers/companions and finding jobs as a caregiver/companion. By accepting our services, you agree to the terms and conditions of our service agreement. The service agreement includes the type of services provided, the frequency of service, the cost of service, and the terms of payment.

Cancellation Policy

If you need to cancel a scheduled service, you must notify us at least 24 hours in advance. If you do not cancel within 24 hours, you will be charged for the full cost of the service.

Confidentiality

MF Homecare will keep all your personal and medical information confidential. We will not disclose any information to third parties without your consent unless required by law.

Liability

MF Homecare is not liable for any loss or damage caused by our services, except in the case of our gross negligence or willful misconduct. We are also not liable for any damage caused by the use of equipment or supplies that are provided by the client.

Termination
